采用电弧熔炼法制备8个不同Ge含量的Co-Ge二元合金铸锭,利用扩散炉对不同成分的合金分别在不同温度下进行退火。通过利用X射线衍射(XRD)、电子探针显微分析(EPMA)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对铸态和退火态合金进行分析,更新该体系零变量反应温度和液相线数据。结果表明:在600℃下有Co3Ge相生成,在600℃和500℃下均未发现Co5Ge2相。在600℃和700℃下,βCo5Ge3与CoGe两相平衡,没有观察到η相。
Eight kinds of Co-Ge alloys with different compositions were prepared by arc-melting and annealed at different temperatures in a diffusion furnace. The as-cast and annealed alloys were examined using XRD, EPMA and DSC. The temperatures of invariant reactions and liquidus were re-determined. The results show that the Co3 Ge phase is found to be stable at 600 ℃.The Co5Ge2 phase reported in literature does not form at 600 and 500 ℃. At 600 and 700 ℃, the βCo5Ge3 phase and the Co Ge phase are in equilibrium and no η phase is observed.
