保温轻质混凝土空心砌块混合生土复合墙体结构是由EPS混合土为内芯、轻质混凝土砌块为外模组成的一种新型复合砌块砌体结构形式,具有保温和抗震为一体的特性,非常适合村镇建筑。本文以初始压应力、减水剂和膨胀剂为因素,进行9组(27)个试件试验,分析这些因素对该复合砌块中EPS混合土内芯抗压强度、密度和体积变形的影响。研究结果表明:影响强度的主要因素是预压力和减水剂;预压力对密度的影响较大;影响体积变形的主要因素是预压力,其次是膨胀剂和减水剂掺量。最后,给出了各因素最优组合,为后续的研究提供试验依据。
A novel composite block masonry structure,with EPS mixed soil as the core and lightweight concrete building block as the outer mold, possesses the capacity of insulation and earthquake-resistance, and thus is suitable for rural architecture. 9 groups (27) of sample tests were made to analyzed the effect of the factors (the initial stress,water reducing agent and expan- sive agent) on the compressive strength,density and volume deformation of the composite block EPS mixed soil core. Research shows that:pre-pressure and water reducing agent are the main influencing factor for compressive intensity; pre-pressure is the main influencing factor for the density; pre-pressure is the first influencing factor for volume deformation, followed by expansion agent and water reducing agent parameter. Finally,the optimal combination of factors is determined,which provides the experi- mental basis for follow-up projects.
