采用原位本体聚合法制备PMMA/MCM-41(with template),PMMA/SBA-15(with template),PMMA/SiO2三种复合材料.研究了介孔分子筛MCM-41,SBA-15和SiO2对PMMA复合材料拉伸强度,冲击强度,热稳定性的影响.由于合成介孔分子筛MCM-41,SBA-15时所用的模板剂CTAB和P123分布于孔口处和颗粒表面上,分别与PMMA基体产生物理缠结作用,增加了两者的相容性;且P123(EO20PO70EO20)表面有较大的PO/EO比率,与小分子量的CTAB相比有较强的疏水性,使得PMMA/SBA-15(with template)复合材料的性能要优于PMMA/MCM-41(with template).
PMMA/MCM-41 (with template),PMMA/SBA-15 (with template),PMMA/SiO2 composites were prepared by in situ polymerization.The effect of mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-41,SBA-15 and SiO2 on the mechanical properties and the thermal stability of PMMA composite were investigated.The thermal stability of PMMA/MCM-41 (with template) and PMMA/SBA-15 (with template) were greatly enhanced as compared with PMMA.The impact properties of PMMA/SBA-15 (with template) composite were improved by 68.2% compared with PMMA at the 1.2% low filler loading.The CTAB and P123 template in the mesopores or on the outer surface of the particle could provide physical entanglement with PMMA matrix to increase miscible.Because the P123 (EO20PO70EO20) surfactant had larger PO/EO ratio,which possessed relatively higher hydrophobicity than the low molecular weight CTAB,PMMA/SBA-15 (with template) composite showed better properties than PMMA/MCM-41 (with template) composite.
