利用干混法将氯化钙担载于10X分子筛上,通过微波法强化分散,研究了不同条件下样品的XRD图和氨吸附量,并与同样氯化钙担载量的焙烧法样品进行了比较。结果表明,微波法能显著提高CaCl2的分散度,且对应样品的氨吸附量显著提高。CaCl2在10X分子筛上的单层分散阈值在0.4g/g-0.5g/g之间,担载量为0.5g/g的样品的氨吸附量最大,在35℃时达到0.575g/g。在85℃时样品的吸附量都很小,这对利用低温余热脱附很有利。样品的适宜微波处理时间在10min~20min之间。同时,利用比表面分析和红外光谱分析证明微波法可以强化分散且不改变分子筛结构。
CaCl2 was loaded onto 10X-zeolite by the dry mixture with grinding and the dispersion was intensified by microwave irradiation. XRD patterns and ammonia adsorption capacity of samples were studied at different conditions, and the comparison with the samples with same loading treated by calcination was done. It indicates that dispersion degree of CaCl2 is observably improved by microwave irradiation and the ammonia adsorption capacity is markedly heightened. The monolayer dispersion threshold of CaCl2 onto 10X-zeolite is between 0.4g/g and 0.5g/g. Ammonia adsorption capacity of 0.5g/g sample is the most in the different loading samples, and the maximum is 0.573g/g at 35℃. All of adsorption capacity is very low at 85℃, which is available for desorption with low temperature waste-heat. The fitting time is 10min-20min to treat samples by microwave irradiation. At the same time, microwave irradiation is proved to be a method with which dispersion is intensified and the structure of 10X-zeolite is kept by BET andFT-IR.
