School-enterprise interaction mechanism takes school-enterprise cooperation as a platform, and the system construction is beneficial to both the university＇s and the enterprise＂ personnel training and resource sharing. The introduction of interaction mechanism in shipbuilding vocational education realized the supervision of teaching quality, established the interaction evaluation mechanism, so as to promote the three aspects＂ development, including vocational college, shipbuilding enterprise and society. This paper analyzes the causes of shipbuilding vocational education school-enterprise interaction mechanism, puts forward the operation concept, guiding ideology, specific measures, establishes the interaction mechanism＇s target system, and provides reference for shipbuilding vocational education.
