青海省属于经济欠发达地区且生态环境脆弱、敏感,利用改进的碳排放量估算法对以“生态立省”的青海进行碳足迹定量评估,研究结果显示,从1999~2008年青海省人均碳足迹呈逐渐增大趋势且在2007年以后趋于稳定。青海省碳足迹动态研究有助于深入了解人口、能源强度、能源结构等因素对CO2排放量的贡献,从而采取有效措施提出相应对策,以确保青海省经济的绿色增长,生态环境的可持续发展。
Using improved estimation method of carbon emissions to quantitatively estimate carbon footprint of Qinghai Province which is an underdeveloped-ecological province, their ecological environment is fragile and sensitive. The results show that from 1999-2008, per capita carbon footprint in Qinghai Province was gradually increased and stabilized after 2007. Those conclusions could be aware of the contribution to CO2 emissions of the population, energy intensity, energy structure etc. Then, take effective measures and propose countermeasures to ensure the economy growth and ecological environment are sustainable developments.
