活性污泥颗粒化过程中絮体与颗粒污泥竞争作用研究

文章介绍了采用序批式反应器,以蔗糖合成有机废水为底物,成功培养出好氧颗粒污泥。污泥沉淀时间从接种时的5min逐渐缩短为1min,污泥平均粒径从71μm增加至颗粒成熟后的850μm,成熟颗粒污泥粒径分布曲线接近正态分布。在颗粒形成过程中,混合液中絮体污泥质量浓度不断降低,而颗粒污泥质量浓度保持增加,最终絮体颗粒污泥质量浓度比值降至0.195。每mL混合液中颗粒个数达到172个,絮体数下降到1130个。根据活性污泥颗粒化过程中絮体与颗粒污泥之间的竞争过程,可将该过程划分为3个阶段,即絮体优势期、竞争共存期、颗粒优势期。

Aerobic granules were cultivated in a sequencing batch reactor fed with sucrose synthetic wastewater. The settling time of sludge decreased gradually from 5 min to 1 min. Mean diameter of sludge increased from 71μm to 850μm. The size distribution curve of mature granulae was close to normal distribution. During the granulation process, the suspended solids concentration of flocs de- creased continuously, while that of granulae increased. In the granula maturation stage, the ratio of flocs to granulae concentration decreased to 0. 195. The number of granulae per unit volume reached to 172/mL, and the number of flocs decreased to 1 130/mL. According to the competition process between granulae and flocs, the granulation process can be divided to three stages, floes domination period, competition coexistence period and granulae domination period.
