Based on organizational learning perspective, it analyzed the effects of exploration and exploitation on disrup- tive innovation. Using a sample of 141 high-tech enterprises in the Pearl River Delta, it finds: both exploratory and ex- ploitative learning have a positive quadratic curvilinear effect on disruptive innovation; the complementarity between ex- ploratory and exploitative learning has a positive effect on disruptive innovation, but the relative balance between them has no significant impact on disruptive innovation.
