传统的知识管理研究大体沿着技术范式科学学研究和人文范式两条线进行。为了解决目前知识管理实践中存在的人文与技术脱节的问题,分析影响组织知识管理的关键人文因素,定义知识管理技术系统的生命周期,提出了技术与人文环境的融合要从技术系统规划开始,并贯穿系统的分析、设计、实现和使用整个生命周期。在此基础上,构造知识管理的人文与技术（H＆T）融合矩阵,知识管理的实施必须考虑到H＆T矩阵中各融合点的融合机制。该模型为组织知识管理的实施提供理论和方法指导。

英文摘要：

Traditional knowledge management research generally follows two routes, that is, technology paradigm and humanism paradigm. In order to solve the disjoint problem of humanism and technology in knowledge management practice, this paper analyzes the key humanistic factors which affect the knowledge management of the organization, defines the lifecycle of the technical system of knowledge management, and advocates that the mergence of humanism and technology should proceed from the technical system programming and run through the lifecycle of the system which includes the analysis, design, implementation and use of the system. Based on this, the paper constructs a mergence matrix of Humanism and Technology （H＆T） for knowledge management. The practice of knowledge management must take the mergence mechanism of each mergence point in H＆T matrix into account. The model has provided the organization with theoretical and methodological guidance in knowledge management practice.
