为了方便准确评价麦田捕食性天敌对麦长管蚜Sitobion avenae(Fabricius)的控制作用,应用单克隆抗体及间接ELISA方法研究了捕食量和温度对麦长管蚜在多异瓢虫Adonia variegata(Goeze)体内可测定时间的影响。结果表明:在不同的温度和捕食量下,麦长管蚜在多异瓢虫体内的降解中间产物曲线均为单峰型。温度对猎物的可测定时间有显著的影响,随着温度的上升,猎物的可测定时间不断缩短。特别是当温度达到30℃时,猎物的降解速率迅速上升,其可测定时间只有1.18天。捕食量对猎物的可测定时间也有显著影响,随着捕食量的增加,猎物的可测定时间延长。在25℃的条件下,当捕食量从1头蚜虫增加到3头蚜虫,可测定时间从2.81天延长到4.25天。
The effects of meal size and temperature on the detectable period of Sitobion avenae (Fabricius) in Adonia variegata (Goeze) were studied using a monoclonal antibody-based indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), which can be used to evaluate the control effects of predatory natural enemies on S. avenae in wheat fields. The results showed that the curves of the middle-decayed product of S. avenae in the gut of the predator, A. variegata, exhibited single-peak modes at different temperatures and meal sizes. Temperature had a significant effect on the prey detectable period. With temperature increasing, the prey detectable period decreased. Especially when temperature was up to 30℃, the decay rate of prey increased sharply and the detectable period was very short, only 1.18 day. Meal size also affected the prey detectable period remarkably. While the number of preys consumed by the predators increased from one aphid to three aphids, the prey detectable period increased from 2.80 to 4.25 days at 25℃.
