机墩是水电站厂房内部水轮发电机组的重要支承结构,承担着水轮发电机和水轮机的大部分静荷载和运行动荷载,在结构强度和刚度上必须有所保证。对水电站厂房设计规范的有关规定进行了分析说明,与三维有限元的模型、计算方法和计算结果进行了对比分析,阐述了两者的区别和各自的特点,从振动复核评价的角度,论述了在实际工程设计评价中应注意的问题。
Pier structure is one of the important bearing structures of the hydro-electric unit in the powerhouse.Most of the static and dynamic loads are acted on the pier structure.So the strength and stiffness of the concrete structure must be ensured sufficiently.In this paper the rules about the vibration control of the design code were introduced.The comparison of the evaluation results based on the design code with the 3DFEM simulation results,and the differences between them were discussed.In view of vibration checking and dynamic design for the practical hydropower projects,some expouned key points should be concerned.
