采用氮气吹扫工艺,将碳酸二苯酯(DPC)与双酚A(BPA)熔融酯交换,合成双酚A型聚碳酸酯(BAPC),可能克服当前工业化熔融酯交换法要求高真空度带来的设备安全等问题.研究了氮气吹扫熔融酯交换法的工艺条件,对BAPC预聚体的结构、黏均相对分子量、初融温度和色差进行了表征.结果表明:初融温度在120℃以上,色差低于2.31,合成样品具有BAPC的结构;在原料配比(DPC与BPA的摩尔比)1.04,催化剂用量5.0×10^-4 mol(1mol BPA),反应温度200-230℃区间,延长反应时间有利于BAPC预聚体的合成.
The polycarbonate prepolymer was synthesized from diphenyl carbonate(DPC)and bisphenol A(BPA)by melt transesterification in the N2sweep fluid.The high vacuum degree in the melt transesterification stepped into industrialization will be avoided in the method.The polymer was analyzed using some simple methods,and its structure was determined by FTIR spectroscopy,the viscosity average molecular weight of the polymer were determined by ubbelohde viscometer,and the initial melt temperatureviscometer were determined by micro melting point instrument.The results show that the initial melt temperature of the polycarbonate prepolymer is higher than 120 ℃,chromatic aberration is less than 2.31;the structure of the polymer indicates that the polymer is bisphenol-A polycarbonate;the optimal synthesis conditions are as follows:the molar ratio of DPC/BPA is 1.04,the dosage of catalyst is 5.0×10^-4mol(1mol BPA),temperature is in the range of 200-230℃,and proper increase of reaction time improve the synthesis.
