可耗竭资源型企业转移区位选择行为既是一个新兴的现实问题,又是一个理论前沿问题。文章运用系统工程思想和方法,从2000—2009年我国可耗竭资源型企业跨区转移的112个项目中提炼描述了企业转移区位选择的特征行为,从理论上探讨了可耗竭资源型企业转移区位选择行为的过程激励模型,分析了可耗竭资源型企业转移区位选择行为的驱动因素,进行了问卷调查和行为度量,以及行为四分图和趋势面图分析。研究揭示了可耗竭资源型企业转移区位选择行为的特征和趋势。
Inter-regional location shifting action of exhaustible resource enterprises is both a realistic issue and a frontier theoretical one.Applied systematic engineering,this paper gives an essential accounts of the exhaustible resources enterprises’ characteristic behavior for the shifting and location selecting action based on the collection of the 112 projects concerning shift action in China’s these enterprises ranging from 2000 to 2009.This paper explores the process excitation model theoretically and driving factors for the shifting and location selecting action of these enterprises on the basis of survey and metrics analysis and using the behavior quadrifid graph and trend surface chart,and reveal the feature and trend of these actions.
