为解决特厚煤层综放开采自动化程度低,劳动强度大问题,研究了千万吨级综放工作面设备配套及自动控制系统。针对同煤集团同忻矿8103工作面,研究了综放工作面液压支架、采煤机、输送系统的选型,研究了综放工作面支架电液控制系统、采煤机控制系统、视频监控系统、刮板输送机控制系统、工作面集成供液系统等主要自动控制子系统的设计方案,研究成果表明,能够为建设同类千万吨级综放工作面提供借鉴经验。
In order to solve the problem of low automation and labor intensity in full-mechanized caving ming of extra-thick coal seam, the equipment matching and automatic control system of the ten million ton fully mechanized caving working face is studied. For in Datong Coal Mine Group in Tongxin Mine 8103 working face,the choosing of hydraulic support, shearer and conveyor system is studied. Design of fully mechanized working face support electro-hydraulic control system, shearer control system, video monitoring system, scraper conveyor control system, integrated liquid supply working face system are conducted. The research results can be used for the construction of similar the ten million ton fully mechanized caving working, face.
