本文以2009~2015年中国创业板上市公司中的221家技术型创业企业为研究样本,展开创业团队知识异质性与创业绩效的关系研究,揭示在不同认知条件下创业团队知识异质性各维度对创业绩效的影响及作用差异。研究发现:(1)创业团队教育水平异质性与创业绩效正相关,但是影响没有达到显著性水平,而教育专业异质性与职能背景异质性均与创业绩效负相关,但只有职能背景异质性的影响达到显著性水平;(2)创业团队的认知复杂性和知识基础均有助于改善创业团队知识异质性对创业绩效的影响作用;(3)对于中国创业板中的技术型创业企业而言,社会认同理论对创业团队知识异质性和绩效关系的解释力度要强于信息决策理论。
Based on 221 technological enterprises in China' s GEM listing corporation during the period from 2009 to 2015, this paper investigates the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity of entrepreneurial team and entrepreneur- ial performance by analyzing the different influence of each dimension of knowledge heterogeneity on entrepreneurial per- formance under different cognitive conditions. The results show that : ( 1 ) the influences of different dimension of entre- preneurial team knowledge heterogeneity on entrepreneurial performance are different. Concretely, the heterogeneity of education level is positively related to entrepreneurial performance, but the relationship is not significant ; the heteroge- neity of education specialty and functional background are negatively related to entrepreneurial performance, but only the influence of functional background heterogeneity on entrepreneurial performance is significant; (2) both of the cognitive complexity and knowledge base of entrepreneurial team can improve the influence of entrepreneurial team knowledge heterogeneity on entrepreneurial performance ; (3) for technological enterprises in China' s GEM listing corporation, the explanatory power of social identity theory to the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and entrepreneurial performance is stronger than information decision theory.
