以2家科研机构中的35个研发团队,共496人为样本。交互记忆系统作为中介变量,运用多元回归分析了研发团队的人际信任与创新绩效的关系。结果显示:研发团队的人际信任与交互记忆系统、创新绩效正相关;交互记忆系统在研发团队的人际信任与创新绩效之间起到完全中介作用,同时交互记忆系统对人际信任的3个维度与创新绩效之间也存在完全中介作用。
The relationship between interpersonal trust and innovation performance of R&D team is studied by multi- ple regressions, taking interaction memory system as intervening variable and sampling from 35 R&D teams of 2 research institutes. The result show that the positive correlation is existed between interpersonal trust and intensity of interaction memory system and innovation performance, that the interaction memory system serve as a fully intervening variable between interpersonal trust and innovation performance of R&D teams, and that the interaction memory system has also a fully intervening variable between 3 dimensions of interpersonal trust and innovation performance.
