中文摘要：

根据2004和2005两年中国火炬计划统计资料和年度报告上的统计数据，运用网络科学知识体系，构建和研究了以高新产业开发区为结点的国家高新产业区网络。由数值计算结果看出，无权（无向或有向）高新区网络呈现小世界特征，而加权无向高新区网络具有无标度特性。其次运用CFinder软件，发现高新区网络在2004到2005年间．其社团结构没有出现明显的变化。

英文摘要：

Based on the data in statistics and annual reports on China torch program in 2004-2005, we have applied the theoretical knowledge of network science to construct the China Hi-Tec Park Networks （CHTPNi. Through the numerical results, we find un-weighted CHTPNs （undirected or directed） present small-world effect, however weighted CHTPNs unfold the scale-free characteristics. Using the soft- ware of CFinder, we observe the community structures of CHTPNs keep little changed from 2004 to 2005.
