目的研究板蓝根水提醇沉部分的化学成分。方法板蓝根水提醇沉物经大孔树脂、硅胶、SephadexLH-20、反相C18多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从板蓝根中分离出17个化合物,分别鉴定为:环(酪氨酸-亮氨酸)二肽(1)、肌-肌醇(2)、5-甲氧基-8-羟基补骨脂素(3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4)、(1’R,2’R,3’S,4’R)-1,2,4-三唑核苷(5)、依靛蓝酮(6)、靛蓝(7)、(9E,2S,3R)-3-羟甲基-2-N-(2'-羟基二十九碳酰)-9-十三碳硝氨醇烯(8)、尿嘧啶(9)、(+)-异落叶松树脂醇(10)、7S,8R,8’R-(+)-落叶松树脂醇-4,4'-二-0-B-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、吲哚-3一乙腈-6-0-p-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(12)、紫丁香苷(13)、鸟苷(14)、腺苷(15)、蔗糖(16)、胡萝卜苷(17)。结论化合物1~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。

RESULTS Seventeen compounds were elucidated as : cyclo- (Tyr-Leu) ( 1 ), myo-inositol (2), 5- methoxy-8-hydroxy-psoralen (3), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (4), I'R, 2'R, 3'S, 4'R) -1,2,4-triazole nucleo- side (5), isaindigodione ( 6 ), indigotin ( 7 ), ( 9E, 2S, 3R ) -3-hydroxymethyl-2-N- ( 2'-hrdroxynonaco- sanoyl) -9-tridecasphingenine (8), uracil (9), (+) -isolariciresinol (10), 7S, 8R, 8'R- (+) -laricires- inol-4, 4'-bis-O-13-D-glucopyranoside ( 11 ), indole-3-acetonitrile-6-O-fS-D-glucopyranoside ( 12 ), syringoside (13), guanosine (14), adenosine (15), sucrose (16), daucosterol (17). CONCLUSION compounds 1 - 5 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
