试制了V型直线超声波电动机样机,分析了该电机实际工作状态下对称和反对称模态的激发过程;对实际工作过程中驱动足的椭圆运动进行了分析,得出电机实际工作时驱动足的椭圆运动轨迹为一斜椭圆。斜椭圆的轨迹不仅与两个兰杰文振子的纵向振幅有关还和安装角0角有关。通过理论分析可知,安装角0直接影响到电机的最大速度和电机最大输出推力。该角度在设计和安装时应该充分保证精度。
The V-shape linear ultrasonic motor was large thrust, high efficiency by making full use of the piezoelectric ceramic d33 effect. The author developed this type of prototype, analyzed the motor symmetric and anti-symmetry modal ex- citation process, and the elliptic movement of driven head in actual work process, and proved the ellipse was inclined. The angle of the inclined ellipse was not only depended on the longitudinal vibration of the Langevin vibrators, but also the in- stallation angle 0. The installation angle 0 affected the maximum speed and the maximum output thrust of linear ultrasonic motor. This angle should be fully guarantee accuracy in design and installation.
