Based on the Regge phenomenology, the masses of radial excited vector mesons (23S1 multi- plet) were calculated. K* (1 410) was unreasonable to be the K*' (23Sl) state. It was suggested that K* '(23S1) should be searched near 1 586 MeV, and also suggested that D* '(23SI ), B* '(23S1 ), Bs* '(23S1 ) and Bc* '(23S1 ) should be searched near 2. 587, 5. 813, 5. 925 and 6. 895 GeV, respective- ly. The results might be useful to search the undiscovered first radial excited vector mesons and the JP as- signment of them.
