以"全国和谐社区建设示范单位"百步亭社区为案例,基于社会政治治理理论,从社区动员、合作模式和绩效3个方面探讨了企业社区参与的问题。研究发现,中国情境下企业深度社区参与涉及到社区建设的治理结构建立和活动开展两个层面:在结构层面,企业通过身份合法化、组织嵌入、资源承诺3个策略参与社区治理结构的建立,实现了社区动员合法性获取和动员能力的形成;在行为层面,围绕社区各阶段发展需要,企业在培育社区组织成长的同时,与其他多方参与主体间的合作模式经历从"企业主导型参与"向"企业-社区协商型参与"再向"社区平台型参与"的演化。上述两个层面的企业深度社区参与最终帮助实现了社区和企业的双赢价值。
This paper argues that the process of in-depth corporate community involvement lies in the structural and the action level of community construction in the context of China. In the structural level, a focal firm adopts three kinds of strategies, namely, identity legitimizing, organizational em- beddedness and resources commitment, to obtain the legitimacy and capacity of community mobilization through establishing community governance structure. In the action level, the focal firms not on- ly assists diversified community organizations to set-up and grow, but also get these growing partici- pants involved in community activities through multiple cooperative modes evolving from firm-domina- ted involvement, firm-community negotiation involvement to community-platform-based involvement. Finally, based on the two levels of in-depth corporate community involvement, the shared perform- ance has been achieved by all participants.
