A kind of networked control systems with random time-delays are modeled as a discrete-time jump linear system with Markov delay characteristics. The actuator failures of networked control systems with random timedelays are analyzed based on jump linear system theory and fault-tolerant control theory. The simulation results demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.
