对采自黄海中部(青岛)、东海北部(舟山)和东海南部(厦门)海域的3个黄姑鱼自然群体(共121尾)和浙江舟山沿海的1个鮸鱼群体(24尾)的6组分节特征和7组量度特征进行了聚类分析、单因子方差分析和主成分分析。结果表明,鲩鱼群体与3个黄姑鱼群体之间在侧线鳞数、第1背鳍数、第2背鳍数、下鳃耙数和脊椎骨数等分节特征(上鳃耙数除外)和体高/体长、头长/体长、尾柄长/体长、吻至背鳍起点/体长、吻至胸鳍起点/体长、吻至臀鳍起点/体长和背鳍起点至臀鳍起点/体长等量度特征上存在着显著差异,而3个黄姑鱼群体之间在这13组形态特征上也存在着一定差异,但与种间差异相比则很小。另外,对于3个黄姑鱼群体来说,与青岛群体相比较,舟山群体与厦门群体之间更加相近。
Using clustering, one-way ANOVA and principal components analysis, studies were carried out on 6 meristic characters and 7 measurement characters of three natural populations of Nibea albiflora (121 individuals) collected from the middle area of Yellow Sea (Qingdao), the north of East China Sea (Zhoushan), the south of East China Sea (Xiamen) and a population of Miichthys miiuy (24 individuals) collected from Zhoushan littoral. The result showed that significant difference of morphological characters existed between the Miichthys miiuy population and the three Nibea albiflora populations, including lateral scales, 1st dorsal fin thorns, 2nd dorsal fin rays, Lower gill rakers and vertebrae (except the upper gill rakers), GH/AF, AB/AF, EF/AF, AC/AF, AI/AF, AD/AF and CD/AF, etc. As regard to the differences of the morphological characters among the tree population of Nibea albiflora, they were much smaller, compare to those between the two species. In addition, for the three Nibea albiflora populations, the populations of Zhoushan and Xiamen were much closer, compared to Qingdao population.
