二肽基肽酶-4(DPP-4)具有剪切多肽N端第2个氨基酸为丙氨酸、脯氨酸的功能,其作用底物包括许多与造血系统调节有关的趋化因子、克隆刺激因子和白细胞介素.近期研究表明,DPP-4对集落刺激因子的剪切会改变其功能,进而影响造血干祖细胞及移植,但关于DPP-4的调节以及对大部分因子剪切后的影响仍未阐明,本文总结了DPP-4抑制的相关研究进展,提出今后的研究方向.
Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) is a protease that cleaves the peptides with alanine, pra- line, or other selective amino acids at the N-terminal penultimate position. The substrates of DPP-4 include many chemokines, colony-stimulating factors, and interleukins. Recent research has shown that DPP-4 can affect the hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and transplantation by truncating the granulocyte colony stimulating fac- tor. However, its regulatory effect on DPP-4 and most peptides truncation are still unknown. This review summa- rizes the recent advances in the DPP-4 research.
