In order to control and supervise the posting and topping of the ＂ net navy＂ posts, we develop and design text hash method, which can analysis and process the posts on the net. Text hash of a post is generated by our hashing method, and then is compared to determine whether the post is an irrigation post based on the hash measuring method.
