在分析技术创新与对外开放协同对提升汽车产业国际竞争力作用机理的基础上,本文运用1999-2013年汽车产业数据,基于复合系统协同度模型对汽车产业技术创新与对外开放协同水平进行实证研究.结果表明创新生产、 创新成果与进口贸易、 外商直接投资活动间协同度相对较高,创新投入与对外贸易活动始终处于较低的协同水平.因此,汽车产业对外开放过程中要兼顾市场效益和技术需求,以两者的协同作用保证产业国际竞争力的持续提升,其中,提升外资引进与产业创新投入间的协同水平是未来汽车产业发展的关键.

英文摘要：

Based on the mechanism of the synergy between innovation and opening-up for improving international com- petitiveness of automobile industry, the empirical analysis of synergistic level for technological innovation and opening-up through the coordination measurement model with respect to composite system was finished by the data of automobile in- dustry from1999 to 2013. Results suggest that the synergistic subsystem＇s level of innovative production and achievements are both high with the subsystems of import-trade and foreign direct investment, and the synergistic subsystem＇s level of innovative input is always low. Therefore, automobile industry should focus on both market efficiency and technology de- mand for the purpose of improving the industrial international competitiveness sustainably, among which, increasing the synergistic subsystem＇s level of foreign direct investment and innovative input is the primary task for automobile industrial development.
