数据库的建立是信息开发系统延展中非常重要的基础性工作。目前鲜见利用电子背散射衍射(electron backscatter diffraction,EBSD)研究非金属材料的报道,故硅酸三钙(C3S)的EBSD研究必须首先建立C3S的EBSD准确的晶体学数据库文件。根据晶体学测量数据,利用EBSD系统自带的"Twist"软件,建立水泥熟料晶体的数据库文件。并以C3S为例,经过EBSD测试分析检验,该数据库文件可以很好地标定C3S晶体EBSD图像。进行了硅酸三钙的EBSD相鉴定测试,得出的结果与X射线粉晶衍射得出的结果吻合得比较好。
It is important to establish the database in extension of information development system.However,there is little work on non-metallic materials by electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD).An EBSD accurate crystallographic database file for tricalcium silicate(C3S) should be established when C3S could be investigated by EBSD.The database file of cement clinker crystal was estab-lished using a native "Twist" software of EBSD system according to the crystallographic measurement data.For C3S,the database file could be used to calibrate electron backscatter diffraction pattern(EBSP) of C3S crystal and to perform EBSD phase identification test via EBSD test analysis and inspection.The results obtained by X-ray diffraction could be predicted by EBSD.
