中医对于系统性红斑狼疮的诊疗有多种分型,临床因证立法,随法选方论治,疗效甚佳。现代临床学者立足于传统中医药经典理论,结合现代医学生理、病理理论,对系统性红斑狼疮的病因病机、辨证分型、选方用药论治等方面都有着深刻的认识,充分发挥了中医药的优势,开启了系统性红斑狼疮治疗的新篇章。建议研究学者以中医药理论为基础,进一步明确中医药治疗系统性红斑狼疮的作用机制,形成一个完整而规范的理论体系,进而拟定一套规范的诊断与治疗方案。
英文摘要：
There are different types of Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） treatment methods for diagnosis and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus （ SLE）. In clinical, the effect of TCM therapy is excellent, because it selects treatment according to syndromes and determines the finial prescription in the light of the treatment. Based on the classical theory of TCM,and combined with the theory of physiology and pathology of Western Medicine, modem clinical scholars have a profound understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of SLE. This fully reflects the advantages of TCM, which opened a new chapter in the treatment of SLE. Therefore, it is suggested than at the research scholars take the TCM theory as the basis, make the mechanism of TCM treatment clearly,establish a complete and normative theory system, and then formulate a set of standardized diagnosis and treatment plan.
