为研究增容β-PP共混物中相容剂对β-成核作用的影响,制备了不同相容剂/β-PP共混物,用DSC和WXRD研究了相容剂/β-PP共混物的结晶行为和结晶形态,加入PP-g-MA和PP-g-GMA对β-成核作用和β-晶含量影响不大,POE-g-MA和EVA-g-MA加入及其用量增加,PP结晶温度降低,β-成核作用加强,β-晶含量提高.
In order to investigate the effect of compatibilizers on β-nucleation in compatibilized β-PP blend,different compatibilizers/β-nucleated PP blends were prepared. The crystallization behavior and crystal form of compatibilizers/β-nucleated PP blends were investigated by DSC and WXRD. Addition of PP-g-MA and PP-g-GMA had no influence on the β-nucleation and the content of β-PP. The increased POE-g-MA and EVA-g-MA decreased the crystallization temperatures and increased the content of β-PP.
