气垫车为软地面运输和作业提供了一种可行方案,但同时也带来了能耗过大的问题。能耗优化的前提条件是能耗建模与化简,即建立能耗与车辆独立运行参数之间的关系。选定滑转率和载荷分配比作为独立参数,针对稳态纵向驱动工况,推导车辆运行参数和能耗的求解线路,最终将总能耗表示为这两个独立参数的函数。研究方法和结果可扩展应用至其他结构形式的气垫车,也可为常规电动车辆能耗建模所参考。
Air-cushion vehicles (ACV) provide a solution to transportation on soft terrain, whereas they also bring a new problem of excessive energy consumption to be solved. The prerequisite for energy consumption optimization is its modelling and simplification, namely, establishing a quantitative model of energy consumption with respect to vehicle independent running parameters, which employ slip ratio and load distribution ratio here. In a scenario of steady-state longitudinal drive condition, the solving process of dependent running parameters and energy consumption is inferred and finally the simplified energy consumption model with respect to slip ratio and load distribution ratio is built. The method and result can be taken reference by studies of energy consumption modelling for air-cushion vehicles in other structures and also extensively for common electric vehicles.
