在物体三维轮廓扫描中,被动式双目立体视觉方法对表面特征不明显的物体难以获取足够的三维信息,针对这一问题,基于双目立体视觉原理,结合主动视觉中结构光投射方法,提出了基于相移的彩色结构光编码方法。该方法将四种颜色按照全排列的相关性质编码产生彩色光栅投射在被测物体表面,依据光栅相位移动增大光栅密度,结合极线约束实现立体匹配,最终获取物体三维数据。结果表明使用该三维扫描技术得到的三维曲面符合原物特征,特别适用于物体三维轮廓的致密测量。
Referring to the problem of obtaining adequate 3D information from the objects whose surface features are inconspicuous based on stereo vision in the 3D measurement,a new way to design structured light patterns using phase move strategy formed by permutation of four colors which have the coding property of window uniqueness characteristic is presented,combining with the grating structured light in the active vision measurement.The phase moving strategy can increase the density of the grating greatly.Then with the epipolar constraint,the correspondences in the grabbed image are identified and finally the shape of objects can be recovered.The experimental results show that the 3D surface obtained by the scanning technique accords well with the characteristic of the protoplast,and it specially adapts to 3D profile measurement in density.
