基于气候变化与水资源变化相互影响的背景,为更有效地指导中国大陆防洪、抗旱及节水灌溉工作,通过综合评述降水时间序列常用研究方法的不足,引入Morlet小波变换,对中国大陆54年降水时间序列变化特征进行多尺度分析,揭示出中国大陆年降水在不同尺度下的时频变化特征及其多尺度变化、主周期变化、大小尺度嵌套和总趋势减少等规律,并应用小波系数实部过程和小波方差进行检验.结果表明:中国大陆年降水量变化呈现多尺度性、主周期性、同步性和总趋势减少的规律,且未来6a(2010—2015年)降水会偏少.
Based on the mutual influence of climate change and water resources change,to guide more effectively the flood control,drought and water-saving irrigation work in China's mainland,firstly,the paper comprehensively reviewed the shortcomings of usual methods applied to precipitation time series;and then the Morlet wavelet transform was introduced to analyse the change characteristics with multi-scale of annual precipitation time series in China's mainland in 54 years;and its various regions,and the laws of annual precipitation in different scales were revealed for the change characteristics in time-frequency,the major period,the nested size-scale and the average trend reduced.And these laws have been tested through the real process of wavelet coefficients and the wavelet variance.The results show that:the annual precipitation change in China's mainland is of multi-scale change,major periodicity,synchrony and reduction trend;and it would be reduced in the next six years(2010-2015)about.
