采用硅胶干燥法将沙冬青和霸王种子的含水量降至5%以下,以研究对种子活力和生理特性的影响。结果表明,沙冬青和霸王种子的耐脱水性较高,含水量分别降至4.67%和3.89%,种子活力虽略有下降,但明显高于对照,细胞膜也能够保持较好的完整性,脱氢酶活性、α-淀粉酶活性、呼吸强度都较高,可见4.67%和3.89%分别是沙冬青和霸王种子超干保存的最适含水量。
This paper researched the ultra-drying treatment and storage eft Ammopiptanthus mongolica (Maxim) Cheng f. and Zygophyllum xanthoxylon seeds. These seeds were desiccated by silica gel. The results showed that the Ammopiptanthus mongolica and Zygophyllum xanthoxylon seeds had higher desiccation endurance. When seeds were desiccated to 4.67% and 3.89% MC, respectively, the higher viability and vigor could be retained, the cell membrane kept the relatively high integrality, dehydrogenase activity, α-amylase and respiration intensity were relatively high. We found that 4.67% and 3.89% were the most suitable ultradrying MC for Ammopiptanthus mongolica and Zygophyllum xanthoxylon seeds preservation, respectively.
