目的:研究不同剂量的阿里红多糖(Fops)对D--半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法:72只小鼠随机分为6组,除空白组外,其余5组用D-半乳糖致衰老,又分为模型组,维生素E组及Fops高、中、低剂量组(50、100、200mg/kg)。测定小鼠脾脏指数及胸腺指数,测定小鼠肝脏和脑组织超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:与模型对照组比较,Fopsn可拮抗脾脏的萎缩、增强肝脏和脑组织SOD活力、减少MDA含量、提高GSH-PX活性。结论:阿里红糖具有一定的抗衰老作用。

英文摘要:

Objective: To study the anti-aging effect of Fops in aged rats induced by D-galactose. Methods: Seventy two rats were randomly divided into six groups. Except the normal control group, five model groups were injected D-galactose to establish the aged rats model and given normal saline, Vitamin E 100mg/kg and Fops 50, 100, and 200mg/kg, respectively. The spleen index, thymus index, SOD activities, MDA content and GSH-PX activities were measured respectively in hepatic tissue and brain tissue. Results: Comparing with model control group, Fops could increase the activities of SOD and GSH-PX, decrease MDA content in hepatic tissue and brain tissue, antagonize the atrophy of the spleen. Conclusions: Fops have good anti-aging effect in rats.
