英文摘要：

The application of variable fuzzy assessment model on drought degree evaluation was studied herein.After establishing two index weight systems and by varying two model parameters,different eigenvalue of drought can be achieved,and the relative stable value will being regard as the final evaluation.As a case study for Dalian in 2002,the evaluation was in line with the actual situation.The case study shows that the method is reliable and is a comprehensive way to drought evaluation.
