以BiN0O3·5H2O和FeCl3·6H2O为基本原料,采用水热合成法制得Bi1-xLaFeO3(x=0~0.15)纳米粉体。用XRD测试手段分析了反应温度及镧的掺杂量对粉体的晶相组成,晶粒粒度的影响。用SEM观察了粉体的形貌,并通过VSM研究了掺镧后的磁性特征。结果表明,随着水热温度的提高,晶体发育趋于完整。在水热温度为240℃下保温18h,镧最佳摩尔分数可控制在5%~10%。镧离子的掺杂改变了BiFeO3晶粒形状并进入晶粒的生长,掺杂后的样品显示为弱铁磁性。
Bi1-x Lax FeO3 (x= 0 - 0.15)nanopowders were prepared by the hydrothermal method with the precursors of BiNO3 · 5H2O andFeCl3 · 6H2O. The effect of the hydrothermal temperature and dopant concentration on the crystal phases and mierographs of BiFeO3 powders were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The magnetism property of La doped BiFeO3 was tested by VSM. The results showed that BiFeO3 crystal grew more perfectly with the increase of reaction temperature. The optimization content of La dopant is 5%-10% tool at 240 ℃ for 18 hours. The grains morphology of BiFeO3 was greatly changed with La doped and weak magnetic was present.
