测量了YbVO4晶体的透过谱和自发拉曼谱。以脉冲宽度为40ps的Nd:YAG锁模激光器作为抽运源,研究了YbVO4晶体在外置谐振腔条件下的二级斯托克斯拉曼输出特性。所用晶体为提拉法生长,样品尺寸为4mm×4mm×15mm,拉曼激光的输出波长为1315nm,最大输出能量为0.32mJ,最高转换效率为3.5%,优于同等实验条件下GdVO4晶体的实验结果,表明YbVO4晶体在近红外激光的受激拉曼散射(SBS)方面具有良好应用前景。
The transmittance spectrum and the spontaneous Raman scatting spectrum of YbVO4 crystal were measured.Using a mode-locked Nd:YAG laser with pulse width of 40 ps as the pump source,the second-Stocks Raman output properties of a YbVO4 crystal in an external resonator were tested.The crystal was grown by Czochralski method,the size of the crystal sample was 4 mm×4 mm×15 mm.The wavelength of the Raman laser was 1 315 nm,the maximum output energy was 0.32 mJ,and the highest conversion efficiency was 3.5%.These d...
