对注塑成型质量的多参数协同控制方法进行了研究.将工艺参数根据其调整后变化速度的不同进行分类,然后基于工艺参数的分类情况,确定质量控制过程中协同调整的对象.另外,分别针对单个质量指标和多个质量指标两种情况阐述了多参数协同控制的准则和方法步骤.最后以多目标的质量协同控制为例,选择雨刮座的熔接痕表面温度Tb和熔接痕长度L两个质量指标进行了具体地分析,为注塑成型系统实现智能、高效协同质量控制奠定了一定的基础.
Multi -parameters collaborative control method for the quality of injection molding is studied. The process parameters are classified based on the different change speed offer being adjusted, and then collaborative adjustment object in the process of the quality control is determined b'ased on the classification of the process parameters. Furthermore ,the rules and methods of multi-parameter collaborative control on a single quality index and multiple quality indexes are stated respectively. At last, takes the multiple objective quality control for an example, selecting weld mark surface temperature Tb and weld mark length L of windshield for detailed analysis. That lays a certain foundation for the intelligent and efficient collaborative quality control of injection molding.
