研究50种中草药水提取物和乙醇提取物对柑橘溃疡病菌的体外抑制活性.结果表明,山茱萸、诃子、地榆、枳实、蔓荆子、覆盆子和马兜铃7种中草药水提物和乙醇提取物对柑橘溃疡病菌具有明显抑制活性.其中以诃子提取物抑菌效果最好,水提液和醇提液在药物浓度5 g/m L时,抑菌圈直径可达3.8 cm和4.4 cm;地榆、枳实抑菌效果次之.该研究可为开发植物源控制柑橘溃疡病菌杀菌剂奠定基础.

英文摘要：

Study on the inhibtory activity of 50 kinds of Chinese herbs water extracts and ethanol extracts against Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri from Gannan navel orange. The results showed that 7 kinds of Chinese herbs such as Cornus officinalis Sieb.,Terminalia chebula Retz.,Sanguisorba officinalis Linn.,Citrus aurantium L.,Vitex trifolia Linn.,Lonicera japonica Thunb,Aristolochia debilis Sieb. et Zucc.,had obvious inhibitory activity against Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. Citri. Among them,the antibacterial activity of Terminalia chebula Retz. extracts was the best,with the diameter of inhibition zone of up to 3. 8 cm and 4. 4 cm under the concentration of 5 g / m L in water extracts and ethanol extracts,respectively,followed by Sanguisorba officinalis Linn. and Citrus aurantium L.. This study will be a base for exploitation the antibacterial plants control of Gannan navel orange canker.
