目的:研究磷酸肌酸对失血性休克家兔的抗氧化作用。方法:新西兰大耳白兔20只.随机分为磷酸肌酸注射液治疗组(CP治疗组)和生理盐水对照组(N组),每组各10只。制作家兔失血性休克并复苏模型,监测各时点的血流动力学指标(平均动脉压,MAP);待实验结束取心脏、肾脏以及肝脏组织分别检测其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:复苏期,CP治疗组在各个时间点的MAP均较对照组要高,且差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);cP治疗组家兔心肌、肾脏组织中SOD活性显著升高而MDA含量明显降低(P〈0.05),但肝脏组织中改变无统计学差异。结论:磷酸肌酸具有抗氧化作用.能减少失血性休克兔多器官的损伤。
Objective To study antioxidant effects of Phosphocreatine on rabbits with hemorrhagic shock Methods 20 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into Phosphocreatine group (group CP) and Control group (group N). Each group had 10 rabbits.Acute hemorrhagic shock and reperfusion animal models were established according to Wigger's method. Hemodynamic index (mean arterial pressure, MAP) were monitored in every time points, the SOD activity and MDA content of heart, kidney and liver tissues were detected after the experiment. Results Compared with group N, MAP markedly increased in group CP (P 〈 0.05) during the period of reperfusion, SOD activity of heart and kidney tissues significantly increased and MDA content significantly decreased in group CP (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Phosphocreatine has antioxidant properties and can reduce multiple organs damage in rabbits with hemorrhagic shock.
