大多数研究团队学习的文献只关注团队内部的影响因素,而对团队外部的组织层面的影响因素的研究较少。本研究关注组织层面的因素——组织文化对团队学习的影响。采用Cameron和Quinn提出的对立价值观框架(competing values framework,CVF)作为组织文化的测量变量,实证研究结果表明,组织文化越倾向"灵活性"和"关注外部",越能促进团队学习行为的产生,而组织的"稳定性"和"关注内部"倾向越强,则越不利于团队学习行为的产生。
Most literature focuses on how internal factors influence team learning behavior within the team.However some external factors outside the team itself also play important roles in inspiring team learning behavior in the organization.The empirical study on how external factors outside the team influence team learning behavior is comparatively rare.The study adopts competing values framework presented by Cameron and Quinn as organizational culture variables.The results show that the dimensions of flexibility and external orientation inspire team learning behavior,while stability,the other side of flexibility,and internal orientation,the opposite side of external orientation,block the development of team learning behavior.
