小型涡喷发动机主要应用于高速无人机,文中介绍了涡喷发动机试车台及其各个组成部分的基本情况。为了在试车过程中准确获取发动机全面的状态信息,组建了包含气路静电等在内的多种监测手段的在线综合监测系统。根据小型涡喷发动机寿命试车中的在线综合监测,获取了各种实时监测数据。利用该试车台和在线综合监测系统完成了一系列的小型涡喷发动机寿命试车试验,保证了小型涡喷发动机的成功研发。
This paper introduces some type turbojets used for UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), engine test beds and the basic situation of its each part. In order to get comprehensive accurate information of engine state in engine test process, an on-line monitoring system uses many kinds of monitoring methods such as gas path electrostatic. By extracting the state parameters in collecting data of engine state from the on-line monitoring system. Based on the application of online comprehensive monitoring system in life test, we acquire the specific real-time monitoring data. Using the test bed and the system to accomplish a series of small turbojet engine life test experiments, we make the online comprehensive monitoring system to ensure the development of a small turbojet engine.
