目的研究芫花与甘草配伍对小鼠自发活动的影响。方法分别对芫花-甘草配比为1∶3.3的低、高2个剂量组,按芫花和甘草两因素,采用2×2析因设计进行实验。于给药前及给药后1、3h测定小鼠自发活动数,计算自发活动抑制率。结果给药后3h,芫花-甘草反药组合低剂量组小鼠自发活动抑制率仅与相应的甘草组比较有统计学差异(P〈0.05),且反药组合对自发活动抑制率的影响无交互作用;芫花-甘草反药组合高剂量组小鼠自发活动抑制率与对照组及相应的单药组比较均有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),且反药组合对增加小鼠自发活动抑制率有交互作用。结论芫花-甘草配比在1∶3.3时,一定剂量范围内,芫花与甘草反药组合对增加小鼠自发活动抑制率存在交互作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Genkwa Flos combined with Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma on spontaneous activity of mice.METHODS According to the factorial design,the experiment was planned when the dose ratio of Genkwa Flos and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizome was 1∶3.3(low dosage group and high dosage group).Spontaneous activity was measured before and after the treatment 1 h and 3 h.And the inhibition rate of spontaneous activity was counted.RESULTS after 3 h,the inhibition rate of spontaneous activity in low dosage group was statistical different from the corresponding Rlycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma group and there was no interaction;high dosage group was significantly different from control group and corresponding single drug group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),in which the interaction exists.CONCLUSION When the doses ratio is 1∶3.3 and the dose is in certain rage,the spontaneous activity of mice can be inhibited,and there exists interaction.
