This paper first studies the supply chain risk factors, and redefines the supply chain risk into three basic kinds on the basis of many literature review. It also analyzes every kind, and consummates and innovates every different risk factor which affects the supply chain. This paper also constructs a complete supply chain risk evaluation system and provides a kind of new mentality for the supply chain analysis.
