产业竞争情报既具有竞争情报本身私有的性质,又因其面向产业内群体企业共性需求、用户不唯一等特性而表现出的公共物品性质。这些性质决定了在产业竞争情报服务与供给过程中,单纯依靠企业自身力量无法实现高效供给,政府应当也有必要介入并发挥重要作用。通过对日本、加拿大、韩国以及我国台湾地区产业竞争情报供给服务的现状分析,总结了产业竞争情报中政府的作用方式。
英文摘要：
Industrial competitive intelligence has not only the private-goods property like competitive intelligence,but also the public-goods property for it meets the common demand of the enterprise group within an industry and its users are not the only ones.These properties determines that,during the industrial competitive intelligence service and supply process,high efficiency supply can not be achieved only by reliance on the efforts of the enterprises themselves,the government should also intervene and play an important role.By analyzing the current industrial competitive intelligence supply and service situation in Japan,Canada,ROK and Chinese Taiwan Area,this paper summarizes the government＇s role in industrial competitive intelligence supply and service.
