为研究混凝土箱型梁施工过程中的水泥水化放热问题,以秦沈客运专线某箱型梁为原型,应用ABAQUS有限元软件建立三维计算模型,对应力场计算结果进行分析。研究发现,在箱梁早期凝结硬化过程中,水泥水化反应使得箱梁整体发生膨胀,产生温度应力,且底板、腹板、顶板处的温度应力变化规律大致相同,均在12~24 h内到达峰值;但各部位应力的大小不同,应力较大位置分别位于腹板与底板、腹板与顶板的交汇处,最大温度应力0.50 MPa,没有超过规定的抗拉强度,符合工程实际情况。
In order to study the cement hydration heat problem of the concrete box girder in construction process,a 3D calculation model of a box type girder is established in Qin-Shen passenger dedicated line using ABAQUS.The analysis on the stress field calculation results shows that the cement hydration reaction will make the box girder integral expansion and cause temperature stress in early hardening process of the box girder.Moreover,the regular variation of the temperature stress at the bottom slab,the web and the top slab will experience three same phases,which will reach the peak within 12 ~ 24 hours.The stress values in different positions,however,are different.The stress in the confluence of the web and the bottom,and the stress in the confluence of the web and the top slab are larger.The maximum thermal stress is 0.50 MPa,which is less than the stipulated tensile strength and is complied with the engineering actual situation.
