建立贴补复合材料层合板的三维有限元模型,采用渐进失效分析方法分析了贴补结构在拉伸载荷下的失效模式和极限强度。计算结果与实验结果吻合良好,证明模型可以准确地预测贴补结构的极限强度。分析结构的渐进失效过程,根据结构失效时的主导因素将贴补结构的失效模式分为补片失效、胶层失效和混合失效。研究不同补片直径和厚度下贴补结构的失效模式,结合结构的失效模式,讨论贴补参数的变化对贴补结构极限强度的影响,为复合材料贴补时参数的选择提供了一些设计规律。
A 3D progressive failure finite element model was presented to analyze the failure mode and the ulti-mate strength of open-hole composite laminates bonded with external composite patches subj ected to tensile loads.The predicted results were consistent with the experimental results which means the model can predict the ultimate strength.According to the dominant failure factor,the failure mode of a bonded repaired structure can be divided into three categories:patch failure mode,adhesive failure mode and mixed failure mode.The fail-ure modes under variable patch diameters and patch thicknesses were investigated.The effect of the variable patch parameters on the ultimate strength of the bonded repaired structure was discussed based on the structure failure modes.The results provided some information for parameter selection in future composite bonded repair.
