The analytic relations of discrete discrepancy among Sudoku-based uniform design and its subdesigns are studied. A lower bound of discrete discrepancy for mixed-level designs is obtained. Based on Sudoku design and quasi-level method,the construction of mixed-level uniform designs measured by dis- crete discrepancy is discussed.
