目的 将临床常用18个危险穴位融入汉堡VOXEL-MAN可视人体中,建立针灸学三维影像浏览器。方法 采用标准化二维描述的腧穴三维定位法进行腧穴定位,球体模型表达腧穴,双色度椭球的三维分割法进行肌肉分割,图形建模法构建血管神经,语义网络法和构建智能物体模型法建立相关医学知识库。结果 实现了危险穴位在可视人体中的定位与表达,完成了相关解剖结构的分割与可视化显示,建立了相关医学知识库,生成了QTVR格式的智能动画。结论 能多层次、多角度、立体显示腧穴的解剖结构和针刺全过程,为提高临床针刺疗效和避免针刺意外事故服务,为针灸腧穴解剖学提供一种理想直观的教学手段和方法。
Objective To establish acupuncture-moxibustion 3-D image browser by incorporating 16 dangerous points into the visible man within the VOXEL-MAN framework. Methods Points were located by 3-D location of standardized 2-D described points. Ball models indicate points. Muscles were divided by 3-D division with double chroma ellipsoids. Blood vessels and nerves were constructed by graphical model making. A relevant medical knowledge bank was established by semantic web and intelligence object model making. Results Location and indication of dangerous points in the visible man were accomplished. Division and visualization of the relevant anatomic structure were achieved. A relevant medical knowledge bank was established. Intelligence animated pictures of QTVR format were produced. Conclusion Multilevel and multi-angular stereoscopic visualization of the anatomic structure of points and the whole process of acupuncture helps to improve the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and avoid its accidents and provides a satisfactory teaching method for the anatomy of acupuncture points.
