运用有差异的技术复杂度指数,以世界十大钢铁生产大国作为研究对象,分别测算了这些国家的钢铁产业链上可贸易品的技术含量和不可贸易品的技术含量。比较结果显示,中国钢铁产业的出口技术附加值一直低于世界平均水平,德国、意大利和美国等发达国家的钢铁产业出口附加值高于世界平均水平。中国、印度、巴西、乌克兰和俄罗斯等发展中国家钢铁产业下游的制造业的技术附加值较低,而美国、日本、德国、韩国和意大利等发达国家钢铁产业下游的制造业的技术附加值较高。
Using different technique complexity index,taking the Top 10 big iron and steel producing countries in the world as study object,the technical content of tradable products and non-tradable products in the industry value chain in iron and steel industry of these countries are estimated.The result shows that technical added value of Chinese iron and steel industry export product is always lower than the world average level while that of Germany,Italy and U.S is higher than the world average level,and the technical added value of manufacture in the downstream of developing countries' iron and steel industry such as China,India,Brazil,Ukraine and Russia is lower while that of developed countries such as U.S.,Japan,Germany,Korea and Italy is higher.
